2、Register Notice

2.1、Registration confirmation letter:

In order to provide thoughtful services, participants meeting the required conditions will receive an electronic confirmation letter from GMIC organizing committee.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION LETTER TO THE CONFERENCE. It is your proof of registration.

2.2、Registration procedures:

Personal registration: Please bring your proof of registration (a confirmation letter and a business card) to the conference registration desk to sign up and get your conference program package (program booklet, name badge, and meal vouchers, etc.).

Companies /organizations registration: A Designated representative from the company/organization can bring the proof of registration (confirmation letters and business cards) to the conference registration desk to sign up and get the conference program packages (program booklet, name badge, and meal vouchers, etc.).

2.3、Registration sections:

Please register at the right registration desk which specified in your registration confirmation letter.

Please bring your proof of registration to the conference reception desk at 1st Floor /lobby Floor Garden Wing in Shangri-La Hotel, at 10am-10pm, on Apr. 22, 2009 to sign up and get your conference program package (program booklet, name badge, and meal vouchers, etc.).

Registration procedures for participants who don’t live in Shangri-la hotel: Please bring your proof of registration to the conference registration desk at Valley Wing Grand Ballroom, Shangri-La Hotel (2nd Floor), at 8:00-9:00am, on Apr.23rd, 2009 to sign up and get your conference program package (program booklet, name badge, and meal vouchers, etc.).

Admission card (name badge) will only be valid when presented by the named holder.

Please inform the organizing committee if the admission card is lost or stolen;

Walk-in registration is not allowed.

Accompanying Persons: At the request of Security Authorities, NOBODY will be able to get access to GMIC conference venues unless he/she has valid pass. Please do not bring anybody (spouse/aide/driver) to GMIC who hasn’t registered in advance. We won’t be able to provide any assistance in case of such denial.

All Conference Participants will be provided with a badge which must be worn at all times to ensure admission to the conference sessions, lunches and dinners.

2.5、Participants will enjoy the activities listed below:

Opening ceremony;

Keynote speeches;

Panel discussions;

Visit exhibitions;

Lunches, dinners, tea breaks and a cocktail party.

3、 Spontaneous Translation

GMIC will provide Chinese-English spontaneous translation services.

To receive an earphone, ID is required. Participants are kindly requested to return earphones before leave the venue.

4、Accommodation：

Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing is designated by the conference.

All room rates include 15% service charge.

Single Bed Room daily rates are including daily breakfast for one guest.

Double Bed Room daily rates are including daily breakfasts for two guests.

Guests can enjoy complimentary broadband Internet access.

Please make hotel reservation in advance through the organizing committee if you need an accommodation during the conference period.

Special room rates have been secured for conference participants.

Due to limited rooms available, we may not be able to meet all requirements.

The allocation of hotel rooms are based on a first come first serve basis, according to the date of registration.

5、Transportation:

Buses：

1.Take bus No. 359 to Dongzhimen station at Terminal 2;

2.When you arrive at Dongzhimen station then transfer to No.123 bus;

3.Take No.123 bus to Jimenqiaoxi station;

4.At Jimenqiaoxi station you should transfer to No.8,No.323, No.300, No.836,No.658 and No.967 buses.

5.Get off at Zizhuyuan Station you will reach your destination

Subway：

1. Take Airport Express to Dongzhimen station;

2. When you arrive at Dongzhimen station then transfer to No.2 subway;

3. When you get off from No2. Subway at Xizhimen station, you should walk about 200m towards the east.

4. After the walk you will find the bus station where you can take No.632 or No.601 bus to Beiwa Road.

5. You will reach your destination after 200M walk towards the east.

Airport Express Bus：(Airport Bus Line.4)

1. Buses leave Capital airport bus stop to Gongzhufen bus stop.

2. Guests should get off at Zizhuyuan Road.

3. You will reach your destination after 200m walk towards the west.
